This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for Hosts signing up on the MOOVA platform. By signing up as a Host, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Fee

MOOVA deducts a standard 16% commission from the total earnings of each completed booking made through the Platform. This commission supports operational costs, platform development, system maintenance, payment processing, security, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless and reliable experience for both Hosts and Guests.

Promo Discount & Referral Rewards

Hosts may earn commission discounts through approved promotional and referral programs, subject to the following rules:

•Commission discounts may be earned through successful Host and Guest referrals, as defined in active promotional campaigns.
•All discounts are cumulative but strictly capped.
•The maximum total discount allowed is 8% only.
•This means the lowest commission rate a Host can ever receive is 8%.
•Once the 8% maximum discount is reached, no further commission reductions will apply, regardless of additional referrals.
•Any excess referral points earned beyond the maximum discount may be carried over and applied to future promotions, subject to MOOVA's discretion.

Platform Compliance

Off-platform payments are not permitted. Attempts to circumvent MOOVA fees may result in account suspension and forfeiture of payouts.

2. Weekly Deposit Schedule

Your earnings, minus the commission and any applicable adjustments, will be deposited every Tuesday to your designated payout account. Bank holidays or processor delays may affect the posting time.

Cut-off

Payouts typically include bookings that have ended and cleared any holds/claims prior to the weekly cut-off.

Adjustments

MOOVA may offset from your payout: approved refunds, penalties, chargebacks, unpaid Platform fees, or amounts owed under this Agreement.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping payout details (legal name, bank/ewallet info, tax IDs) accurate and current.

3. Early Deposit Requests

If you require an early deposit, email support@moovarides.com with subject "Request Early Deposit."

Fee

An additional 2% fee applies to the requested amount.

Discretion & Limits

Approval is at MOOVA's discretion and may be limited by risk review, unsettled chargebacks, or ongoing claims.

Reserves

MOOVA may hold a reserve for a reasonable period where risk, dispute volume, or fraud indicators are present.

4. Host Responsibilities and Policies

By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following, each incorporated by reference:

Host Responsibilities

Listing accuracy; lawful insurance appropriate for hire/peer-to-peer; maintenance/roadworthiness; check-in/out documentation; compliance with law; no off-platform payments.

Privacy Policy

Including transparency on data and GPS/telematics. If your vehicle is equipped with GPS/telematics, you must:

•Disclose this in your listing
•Understand that location may be processed only during active rentals
•Only with guest consent, for safety, security, roadside assistance, theft recovery, and dispute resolution
•Strictly in line with the Privacy Policy

Terms of Use

Platform rules, dispute process, limitation of liability, and acceptable use.

These documents are available in-app and at www.moovarides.com (e.g., /terms/, /privacy-policy/). You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including insurance, licensing, tax, road safety, and data protection requirements. You will use renter information only to fulfil the booking and as permitted by MOOVA policies.

5. Acceptance of Agreement

By proceeding with registration, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. This Agreement remains in effect while you are a registered Host and may be updated from time to time; material changes will be notified via the Platform or email and are effective upon posting unless stated otherwise.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will follow the Dispute Resolution framework in the Terms of Use (including mediation and MOOVA's evidence-based determination where applicable), without limiting any statutory rights.

Set-off & Recovery

You authorise MOOVA and its payment partners to set off or recover amounts you owe from future payouts or by separate charge to your stored payout method(s), where lawful.

6. Legal Entity Notice

MOOVA is a service brand operated by Wheelz Connect Booking Service, a duly registered sole proprietorship under Philippine law. All agreements, payments, and obligations entered into under this Agreement are legally binding on Wheelz Connect Booking Service as the operator of MOOVA.
