How It Works
For Renters

Pick Up
Coordinate with the host, inspect the vehicle (photos recommended), and enjoy your ride.
Return
Return on time, refuel/recharge per the listing, and complete the check-out steps.
For Hosts
List Your Vehicle
Create a detailed listing, set your rates, and set availability.
Accept Bookings
Review renter requests, confirm reservations, and coordinate handover.
Meet & Handover
Provide keys or approved keyless access, complete check-in, and get paid securely after the trip.
Community and Trust
Every user completes verification, and our rating/review system promotes accountability.
Hosts must disclose any GPS/telematics or dashcams and use them only during active rentals in line with our Privacy Policy.

Community Guidelines
Zero Tolerance Policy
MOOVA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for:
- • Objectionable content - Hate speech, discrimination, sexually explicit material, violence, or illegal content
- • Abusive behavior - Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
- • Fraudulent activity - Scams, misleading information, or deceptive practices
- • Illegal activities - Any content or behavior that violates applicable laws
Reporting & Blocking
If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, you can:
- • Use the "Report" button on vehicle listings, reviews, or messages
- • Block users to prevent further interaction

Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Enforcement Actions
